Notes:
- Installs beneath the shellplate.
- Shell plates are usually rotated by grasping one or more of the cartridge cases in the shell plate and then using them to turn the plate to the next station.
- The star wheel allows for faster, easier indexing because the shell plate can be turned using one of the extensions on the star wheel.
- The cartridge cases then do not need to be handled once they have been inserted into the shell plate.
