Introduced in 2004, CZ 513 is a simplified version of the CZ 452 series of rimfire rifles. It comes in only one version which is known as CZ 513 Basic in the USA and CZ 513 Farmer outside of the USA. Advertised as an inexpensive entry-level rifle with stripped-down features, it differs from the CZ 452 line only in having a non-checkered beechwood stock and a simplified, non-adjustable trigger. It otherwise features the same cold hammer forged barrel, controlled-feed action with two locking lugs at the head of the bolt, and a dovetailed receiver made from a single billet of steel. It is also equipped with a 5-round detachable magazine, iron sights and a beechwood stock. It was discontinued in 2012.
